John Dickerson over at Slate wrote up a very nice piece on a small time musical act called Girlyman. I don't particularly care for this band. Regardless, the story does a good job illustrating the struggles and triumphs of being a small touring band.

bloodshot bill /// some weird french shit

Bloodshot Bill is in Paris right now on tour and some French website made this video/interview of him. It's totally cool and totally in English. The website, however, is all in French and made me feel like a moderate retard. Just click the big "PLAY" button.
