What do I mean by this?

Pitchfork Media Inc. received quite the "wag of the finger" in a post today for an unethical citation deletion. So in order to bring the cosmos back into equilibrium, I offer a "tip of the hat" to Insound.com.

I recently ordered High Violet on vinyl from Insound. The record was delivered in shambles due to incompetence on the part of UPS. The folks at Insound saved the day--namely, Shannon & Kimberly. They were quick to respond to the problem and even replaced the damaged album with the limited edition violet vinyl.
