Haunted Houses is from what I can tell just one dude: Ryan Lopilato. Ryan makes really awesome bedroom tunes that remind me of super early Modest Mouse, but he's got that cool new lo-fi echo thing going on that is uber-chic (whatever the fuck that means.) Regardless, I dig the kids songs and you should check him out. There is a 17 song album for download below and a tape for download on his myspace.
