Jeffery is also in the band HOT HANDS with his fiance', Kristin. The band has toured the south east two times, to my knowledge and they have a self released cassette which is available at their shows and I think through the Kickbright website. In other news, we've expanded TRASH BASH to a 2 night ordeal. It turns out that we really had too many bands to fit into afternoon/night, so the new dates for this shindig are OCTOBER 2ND AND 3RD.

October 2nd will be held at WAYWARD COUNCIL and will start around 10pm. The line-up for this first night is still being worked out, but it will be a rockin' kick off!

October 3rd will be at THE KICKSTAND and will start around 4pm.

The Go-Ghosts

The Go-Ghosts are a band from Orlando which is really just one guy named Tix, but he is sometimes joined by Gainesville superman, Jay Shuster. They describe the music as "crust pop" but I say it's just fuckin' cool. Check 'em out and let them know what you think!!

It's not like all of the weeded out wanging that's all over the web right now, this stuff is more based in Wipers style punk rock with some fuzzy surfy tones. recorded "Dumb Dreamer" today, working on getting some of the new songs online, but we steal internet from one of our neighbors, so it's kind of iffy.

the new stuff isn't as rockabilly, but it definitely has the same attitude behind it. it's more...uh..poppy i guess? been trying to just write whatever comes out of my head, as opposed to aiming toward one style of songwriting.
